MORTGAGE CHECKLIST
INCOME: Conventional or FHA:
– Your most recent pay check stubs covering a 30-day period.
– If you receive SSI a copy of your most recent Award Letter.
-If you receive retirement benefit provide a copy of recent statement or retirement 1099R
– Your last two years of W2 forms
– 2 Years employment history
SELF EMPLOYED BORROWERS:
– If you are self-employed, your last two years of personal and business income tax returns with all schedules, along with a year-to-date profit loss Statement
– Bank Statement Loan: 12 or 24 Months of most recent bank staetments Business of Personal
ASSETS:
– Most recent 2 Months Bank and investment statements for the accounts to be used for your purchase
– Authorization to pull a credit report and credit scores

VA Loans:
– A Govenment issued ID such as a Driver’s License or Passport
– Your most recent pay check stubs covering a 30-day period.
– If you receive SSI a copy of your most recent Award Letter.
-If you receive retirement benefit provide a copy of recent statement or retirement 1099R
– Your last two years of W2 forms
– Most recent 2 Months Bank and investment statements for the accounts to be used for your purchase
– A certificate of Eligibility (COE)
– A DD-214 Statement of Service or Pooints Statement
